Recently,the energy consumption gradually accelerates,asking for higher environmental protection of energy uses.Solar energy is a kind of green energy,without pollution and renewable.It has far-reaching significance to develop and use solar energy reasonably and effectively.The essay concludes the applications and trends of solar energy boiler at home and abroad.It analyzes its advantages,optimizes heat storage device as well as coal-saving device based on the disadvantages of the boiler at home.According to the thermodynamic calculation,it also increases the heating area and improves some parameters of the boiler.Due to structural modification and thermodynamic calculation,the essay improves the utilization of collecting heat of the system,solves the matching of boiler system and heat collection system,reduces coal consumption and also decreases exhaust temperature.Acording to the energy efficiency test,after the improvement of boiler,the exhaust temperature reduces from above 190?to 162?and the overall efficiency of solar energy boiler has increased to 89.43%,saving more than 1000t coal every year and reducing 2600t CO2.It has economic and environmental benefits.The essay provides reference for improving the overall benefits of solar energy boiler.
