With the continuous development of economy,business and trade exchanges are increasingly frequent,urban traffic demand has witnessed an unprecedented rapid growth.At the same time,it also brings a series of problems,such as traffic safety,traffic congestion,environmental pollutionand so on.These problems affect and threaten people's daily life,especially in large and medium cities,in daily travel lack of parking spaces has been a serious problem for travelers and they often face the risk of no parking spaces.When parking demand are more than parking supply,travelers will cannot getting a parking spaces,they has to parking at a wrong space and be penalized.Therefore,they must consider choosing a suitable departure time to ensure there are parking spaces and not as early as possible.It is an effective way to solve the above problems by analyzing the influencing factors of traveler's choice under different uncertain conditions and exploring the factors influencing traveler's choice of different starting time and the travel rulesof traveler.The departure time and departure time choice behavior were introducedin the traveler parking choice under the bounded rational behavior research,three aspects are summarized.And put forward the research content and technical route.Secondly,based on perspective of bounded rationality,the road congestion situation,traveler personal perception differences,destination parking status,can't be parked into the legitimate parking spaces will be punished and other factors are taken into account to analyze the influence of departure time choice of travelers.Based on prospect theory,the experiment was designed to investigate the intention of traveler at departure time choiceand analyze the personal and departure time choice behavior characteristics of traveler.It is shown that,different attributes of the traveler,the preferences of departure time choice show different characteristics,female travelers tend to leave earlier than male,there is no significant difference in departure time choice of different ages,travelers with higher income levels are more likely to start sooner or later.Analysis of factors influencing traveler's departure time,the two most important factors that influence the behavior of departure time choice of travelers are: road congestion and parking spaces remaining,lacking of parking spaces can lead to an early departure.In face of arriving at the destination can't be stopped in the legal parking space,the analysis of punitive measures to departure time choice behavior shows that: the more serious punitive measures,the traveler is more inclined to start earlier.The result of model parameter calibration shows that: traveler's satisfaction with the travel result and the decision of the next trip are related to the residual status of the parking space after the traveler arrives at the destination.With the decrease of the supply rate of the remaining parking spaces,the satisfaction degree of the traveler is reduced,and the traveler's next tip decision is from early arrival to late.For the case that can't stop the legal parking spaces,different penalty measures lead to different decisions of traveler for the next departure time decision.The more severe punishment measures,the more inclined to start the walkers.
