With the development of infrastructure construction,China's highway mileage reached 4.5 million kilometers by the end of 2016.Among them,highway through town areas which connection village,township and county,and direct services in the rural economic development and farmers travel,traffic mileage reached 3.9 million kilometers.Despite the construction speed is quick,but due to the current highway through town areas road grade is low,lack of safety facilities,and inadequate management strength,safety problem of highway through town areas increasingly prominent.According to the statistics show that low grade highway accidents accounted for 45.7% of traffic accidents.The reason for highway through town areas traffic safety problem seriously,because of the complicated traffic composition,frequent cross branch,over-speed and over-load phenomenon,and the villagers' general lack of safety consciousness,which cause transverse interference problem,result in traffic accidents.There has significant meaning for our country highway traffic safety problems to study highway transverse interference problem.First,paper made clear the definition and types of transverse interference.Based on highway through town areas transverse interference as the breakthrough point.By a large amount visits of population,economy,the traffic characteristics,and road alignment.The factor of transverse interference is analyzed,and confirmed six kind of typical interference which is car,bicycle,motorcycle,Motorized tricycles,Electrotricycles and pedestrians.And introducing transverse interference coefficient,quantitative interference effect of different types.Second,use the aviation image technology of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)to carry out the experiment.Papers selected in Beijing MiYun district S310 LIUXIN road for field test,according to the different interference states and types classification test section.Then use the aviation image technology of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)collect vehicle trajectory video,and use the SIMI Motion movement analysis software for data extraction,receive 300 group effective experimental data.Again,analysis the speed change and the transverse position under different disturbance states,regression velocity and transverse offset by the measured data,then establish transverse offset distance model,and further obtain the transverse interference coefficients of all the interference.Studies suggest that interference coefficient of car is the largest,interference coefficient of pedestrians is minimum.In addition,based on transverse interference coefficient and the number of interference,in combination with the practical situation of the current road traffic,divide the road transverse interference level,provide reference for road traffic safety.Finally,paper put forward specific engineering measures from three aspects: planning,design,management,which is to reduce transverse interference and bring forward comments and Suggestions to improve the rural highway traffic safety.
