| With the development of electronic technology,the signal under test in electronic testing is more and more complex.The signal that needs to be analyzed in the test is often the digital signal and the analog signal.Only using oscilloscopes or logic analyzers can hardly meet test requirements in the test.The mixed-signal oscilloscope combines the functionality of a digital oscilloscope with a logic analyzer.The simultaneous acquisition,processing and display of multi-channel analog signals and digital signals can be realized by the mixed-signal oscilloscope,so that it can make user obversing mixed signals in the same time.The task of this project is to design the data acquisition unit,data storage module and the mixed-signal trigger circuit in the mixed-signal oscilloscope to achieve the synchronous acquisition and display of analog signals and digital signals.The main work includes the following sections:(1)High-speed data acquisition module design of mixed-signal oscilloscope.This part mainly studies the design and implementation of 4-channel 2.5Ga/s analog signal high-speed acquisition circuit and 16-channel 1GSa/s digital signal acquisition circuit.The design scheme of analog signal channel and digital channel data acquisition circuit of mixed signal oscilloscope is given.The realization method of high-speed sampling circuit is described in detail.The factors influencing the data synchronization of analog channel and digital channel data synchronization are analyzed at the same time,and the solution method is proposed.(2)Data storage circuit module and mixed-signal trigger module design.High-speed data acquisition needs to go through a series of processing and then transmitted to the upper computer for display.This part mainly studies the processing control circuit after data acquisition,which includes a storage control module,a mixed-signal trigger module.The memory control module design includes the design of the IP core based DDR3 memory controller and the control logic of the memory circuit.The mixed-signal trigger module design introduces the overall trigger control scheme of the mixed-signal oscilloscope,and analyzes the different trigger methods.The mixed signal acquisition unit,data storage module,and mixed-signal trigger module designed in this project realize high-speed acquisition,processing and display of 4-channel analog signals and 16-channel digital signals,which can meet the test requirements of users for mixed signals. |
