The mixed signal oscilloscope is a new type of oscilloscope that integrates logic channels into the oscilloscope.The oscilloscope not only has the functions of a traditional digital storage oscilloscope for analog signal analysis,but also has the function of a logic analyzer for digital signal analysis.This kind of oscilloscope with composite functions plays a major role in the measurement of communications and other protocols in the electronics industry and the reproduction of communications and other protocols.This thesis will design the large-capacity data storage module of the oscilloscope analog channel data and logic channel data in the mixed signal oscilloscope.Solve the read and write problems,data processing problems,data synchronization problems and data transmission problems of the large-capacity data storage of analog channel data and logic channel data of the mixed signal oscilloscope.First,this paper analyzes the specific process and scheme of the large-capacity data storage of the mixed signal oscilloscope.According to the project indicators,the selection and quantity of external storage were designed and calculated.The protocol and control signal of the external memory are analyzed.Design a control module for the large-capacity data storage of the mixed signal oscilloscope to ensure the normal generation of protocol signals related to the work of the external memory.Secondly,this paper studies the data sampling problem under the large-capacity data storage module of oscilloscope analog channel and logic channel.The data sampling point for large-capacity data storage is the characteristic of the data sampling point with waveform peak detection,which solves the problem of the swing point of the magnitude value.For the sampling point of the analog channel data,a device design for the correction of the waveform swing point is added.For the extraction of logical channel data,the extraction point design with peak detection and the device design of waveform burr correction are innovatively combined to form a new data processing scheme.Tirdly,this thesis studies the problem of data waveform keeping synchronization in the process of data writing,data reading and data transmission in the large-capacity data storage of mixed signal oscilloscope.The synchronous writing of large-capacity data is controlled by sequentially performing the write enable synchronization of the large-capacity data storage on-chip,between-chips,and between different data types.The trigger and trigger mode of the data of the two types of channels are processed synchronously to ensure the synchronization of the display and processing of the two types of data.The data collected by the analog channel and the logic channel are processed for synchronous transmission to ensure the synchronization of the data of the two types of channels during the transmission process.Finally,this thesis designs a fast data transmission scheme for mixed oscilloscopes.On the basis of the original fast transmission mode,the optimization of the state machine and the optimization of the multi-level transmission FIFO are carried out.Combine the control signal of the fast transmission module with the control module of large-capacity data storage to save system resources and improve system efficiency.The innovative multi-level FIFO reading and feedback mechanism ensures the transmission rate of data between boards and between boards,ensuring the data transmission speed of the fast solution.The test results show that this design has reached the predetermined index of large-capacity data storage and realized the predetermined function of large-capacity data storage.
