With the continuous deepening of the use of radio energy transmission technology in production and life,a large number of charging devices based on radio transmission technology have came into being.The wireless charging device for gas dynamic system of electronic components,because of its simple structure,convenient use,high security advantages have become a hot research topic in wireless power transmission design of charging targets,and the magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission technology just has a relatively long distance transmission,low resonance frequency,high security.The advantages and design of integrated power supply and can overcome the magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission technology of pneumatic system of electronic components in the field of wireless charging due to the coil size is too large to bring a lot of inconvenience in gas.At the same time,the integrated magnetically coupled resonant radio transmission technology can also play its advantages in various fields such as consumer electronics,such as tablet computers,cell phones,wearable devices,and implantable medical devices.Therefore,it is necessary to study the integrated technology of magnetic coupling resonant radio transmission technology.In this paper,SMC University of Electronic Science and technology research of Pneumatic Technology Center for international cooperation based,integrated power supply,power transmission technology route to magnetic coupled resonant wireless,receiving coil and coil fed in size at the same time,try to supply integrated magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission system,the power supply terminal 3 a module is fully integrated into a printed circuit board.Reduce the space size of the power supply,reduce the space waste caused by the connection line and circuit.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)using the coupled mode theory and the mutual inductance theory of vibrating coil,we set up the corresponding miniature receiving coil and feeding coil for the resonant coil module in the international cooperation research subject of SMC University of electronic technology.(2)using the high frequency structure simulation software HFSS to model and simulate the newly designed miniaturized receiving coil and feeder ring,and optimizethe parameters and structural design through the combination of parametric design and practical testing.(3)using the advanced design system ADS integrated magnetic coupling resonant radio energy transmission technology,power supply rectifier and voltage regulator circuit.(4)build large to small magnetic coupling resonant radio transmission platform,test the resonant frequency and transmission efficiency of the large and small magnetic coupling resonant energy transmission system.(5)verify the feasibility of the design of the integrated power supply in the magnetic coupling resonant radio transmission technology,and put forward the idea of improvement.In this paper,the use of advanced design software for magnetic coupled wireless power transmission system of power supply end of the receiving coil and the feeder ring by the modeling and optimization design,re design of the miniaturization of the original SMC University of Electronic Science and technology of pneumatic international cooperation research technology center receive coil and coil based on feedback.At the same time using the simulation test data with combination of the power supply end coil for integrated optimization,improvement of the structure design and parameters,build on small magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission platform,test the resonant frequency and transmission efficiency,verify the design of integrated power supply end of the feasibility in transmission technology the magnetically coupled resonant wireless.It lays the theoretical and experimental basis for the test after the integration of the 3 modules of the power supply terminal.
