| With the deep underground space development and utilization,the underground engineering with distribution of Karst water is more prone to water-mud-inrush disaster,and even lead to disaster chain reaction,and thus cause greater disaster.So the Karst water-mud-inrush slowly becomes the main disaster that restricts the development and utilization of underground space.Because of the influencing factors and occurrence conditions of Karst water-mud-inrush are often complicated and diversified,the construction of tunnel is difficult.In this paper,combined with the construction of Zhongba tunnel in Xuyong-Dacun railway,analyed and researched the technical problems and related treatment methods in the construction of Karst tunnel with water-mud-inrush,then through the investigation of the tunnel geological survey and the situation of water-mud-inrush,analyzed the influence of grouting reinforcement and karst water pressure on the construction of Karst tunnels by ANSYS finite element simulation of the construction process,summarized the key construction technology of the water-mud-inrush in Zhongba tunnel.The main researchs as following:(1)Through the collection and analysis of related literature,the mechanism and influencing factors of water-mud-inrush formation in karst tunnel are studied.(2)Analyzed the geological situation of Zhongba tunnel and the construction of water-mud-inrush case.(3)Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the construction of karst tunnels,then through the simulation of the tunnel construction with different grouting and cave pressure,analyzed the influence of grouting reinforcement and karst water pressure,to provide the basis for the treatment of tunnel disease.(4)Summarized the practice of the construction of Zhongba tunnel,and put forward the measures to prevent the water-mud-inrush from the Karst tunnel. |
