It is the karst rock mass that based on the carbonate rock, took crevasse, pipeline, and karst as hole.The water-inrush of karst tunnel affects the stability of adjacent rock and the safety of tunnel seriously. In that, the condition of groundwater distribution, water height, water amount, supply and drainage and so forth, must be grasped and understood before the construction of the tunnel. The underground water-inrush of particular geology zone should be pre-estimated and technical measures should be done. The water-inrush pre-estimation of tunnel must be penetrated the whole process from design to construction. During the construction, in order to perfect the accuracy rate of tunnel pre-estimation, and increase the effection of water-inrush prediction of front palm plane, and serve the construction better, the computation result of design phase should be inversed and corrected continuously.Based on the research achievements of predecessors, the line element law of jointed network was used, in this thesis, to the prediction of the water-inrush of of karst tunnel. The computer programs in the language of Visual Basic of the production of 3D discrete jointed network model, the decision of Representative Element Volume (REV) and the computation of the equal-conductivity of fractured rock mass were developed. The above research results were applied into the actual project.The main parts of the thesis are illustrated as follows:1. At the beginning of the thesis, the autherd did deeply research of how to treat the statistical data and the method of how to develop the discrete jointed network model. Some computer programs of the discrete jointed network model were developed.2. Based on the theory of the computation of the equal-conductivity of fractured rock mass and Representative Element Volume (REV). Some computer programs of Representative Element Volume (REV) were developed. 3. With the line element theory, the author studied the theory of water-inrush of fractured rock and developed some relative computer programs.4. According the characteristic of karst tunnel, with the line element theory, the author studied the tunnel water-inrush, analyzed the relationship between the quanity of water-inrush and time.
