Pantograph-cantenary system is the only way of collecting current for the high-speed train,its reliability and sustainability of power supply affect the safe and stable operation of the high-speed train.During the operation process of the high-speed train,pantograph-catenary disconnection occurs resulting from irregularity of contact line,vibration of pantograph-catenary system and so on,further induces the pantograph-catenary arc.Pantograph-catenary arc not only ablates the pantograph slide and contact line,but also causes overvoltage and harmonic,which influences the service performance of pantograph-catenary system.With train speed rising,pantograph-catenary vibration intensifies,the occurrence rate of pantograph-catenary arc increases,which influences electrical characteristic of traction drive system more obviously.Therefore,it is of great significance to research arc characteristic and its influence on traction drive system to ensure a good service performance for pantograph-catenary system and a safe and stable operating state for the high-speed train during operaition process of the high-speed train.Based on classical Mayr arc model and combined particularity of operation environment of the high-speed train,a model of arc generated in the process of pantograph-catenary disconnection is established by considering train speed and arc length in this paper.Furthermore,an experimental platform is set up to simulate the air blowing effect.Comparison between experimental results and simulation data calculated from the arc model can be used to validate correctness and rationality of the model.Based on curent collection and transmission process of the high-speed train,an integrated analysis model of traction power supply-drive system for the high-speed train is established,which considers energy transmitting part through arc,traction converter part including its control system,and traction motor part including its speed regulating system.Then voltage and current of pantograph-catenery arc is studied when the train is on a stable operation state,and influence of train running speed on electric characteristic and duration time property of pantograph-catenary arc is also studied.Finally,the correlated mechanism between the energy and the duration time of the pantograh-catenary arc is explained,which provides theoretical reference for standard preparation of pantograph-catenary disconnection time.Meanwhile,according to overvoltage and harmonic generated in process of pantograph-catenary disconnection,the influecce of pantograph-catenary disconnection time and train running speed on overvoltage of AC and DC side in traction drive system is researched.The influencing degree of overvoltage which is on insulation safety of vehicle-monted electrical equipment is analyzed.Besides,voltage harmonic distribution both on contact line and on the first side of vehicle transformer is investigated during the pantograph-catenary disconnection process,and harmonic distribution of current flowing through the vehicle transformer is studied.The influence of train running speed on total harmonic distortion and distribution of voltage both on contact line and on the first side of vehicle transformer,and even current flowing trough vehicle transformer is analyzed,which aims at providing the reference significance for pantograph-catenary design and insulation coordination of the electrical equipment.
