The transfer characteristics of urban rail transit and regular public transit are the important basis for the analysis of urban public transport system coordination efficiency, bus line network design and planning, and bus vehicle dispatch operation. With the acceleration of the construction of the rail transit network in large cities of China, the deployment of a regular bus network operating in coordination with the rail has become the key to improving the efficiency of urban traffic operations, giving full play to the advantages of public transport resources and reducing the cost of travel for residents.Since the construction period of the track network is time-sequential,it is necessary to adjust the regular bus network operation plan based on a thorough analysis of the current situation of adaptability of transfer capacity between the rail transit and the regular bus.The collection and integration of multi-source traffic data has opened up new ideas for solving urban traffic congestion. With the increasing use of smart card systems and real-time location systems in public transport systems, multidimensional data also offers the possibility of dynamically describing the operational status of public transport systems.Through learning the existing research at home and abroad, this paper is based on urban public traffic card data and geographic information data, using data analysis technology to elaborate the current situation of urban orbit and bus convergence from a macro perspective, and specifically proposes that the connection and transfer optimization plan be made. The work mainly includes the following four aspects:First of all,the AFC data, the IC card data, and the geographic information data were described. The information error in the credit card is cleaned by establishing filtering rules, and the grid information is used to analyze the geographic information data to ensure the validity of the basic dataSecondly, based on the survey data and credit card data, the transit time threshold range of transit transfer bus(M-B mode)and bus transfer rail transit(B-M mode)were analyzed to determine whether the traveling passenger has two modes of transfer behavior. Then the passenger data with transfer behavior was screened.Thirdly, using the characteristics of the passenger flow at the orbital site and the characteristics of the surrounding space, the initial variables were selected and cluster analysis was performed based on the DBSCAN(noise-based density-based clustering method)algorithm for the station, from the perspective of the orbital site and the regular public transit capacity. The explanation of the results shows that there are different types of orbit sites in the current status of transfer efficiency, and elaborates the principle of link optimization. Finally, aiming at the current site with low transfer capacity, the status of regular bus transfer and transfer is analyzed and the specific operating parameters of the bus line are obtained. The bus transit optimization model with the goal of minimizing transit time is constructed and solved.Taking the bus route of p21 connecting to Xipu station as an example, the departure time of the road of p21 was optimized, which reduced passengers' transit time and verified the validity of the model.
