Sunlight is the main source of heat in ballastless track.Reducing solar radiation absorption is one of the feasible ways to reduce track temperature.Solar heat reflective and insulation coating is a kind of coating with strong solar light reflection ability and strong radiant emission ability.It is mainly used in space engineering.In recent years,with the promotion of energy saving and emission reduction,it has been widely used in the field of building.There are a lot of research and specifications for building solar heat reflective and insulation coating,but it is worth noting that the main starting point is to meet the requirements of building energy conservation,and ballastless track is mainly to reduce the temperature and temperature gradient.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the applicability of this type of coating in track structure.First of all,under the high temperature weather conditions in Shanghai area,the temperature of CRTS II track,the corresponding air temperature,the s olar radiation intensity and the wind speed were recorded.The relationship between the meteorological factors and the temperature of the track was studied by the regres sion analysis.Secondly,this paper discusses the heat transfer mechanism between the ballastless track and environment,and uses the geodetic temperature layer as the lower boundary condition to establish the temperature field model which can consider the reflective and insulation coating and the continuous hot weather.With the help of the model,the performance parameters of the coating were analyzed.Whether the coating on the side of the track needs to be painted were analyzed.The reasonable range of reflection ratio and emissivity of coating applied on track was discussed.The applicability of the coatings under different wind speed and continuous hot weather was studied.Finally,the influence of the coating on the stress of track structure is analyzed.The influence of coating on curling of unit and longitudinal track slab is analyzed,and the influence of coating on longitudinal force of CRTS II track on subgrade and bridge is analyzed.
