With the rapid development of metro construction,the poor engineering geology conditions restrict the construction efficiency of the metro.It is important for the development of metro construction to explore and improve the disturbance characteristics under the combined stratum condition surrounding rock.The paper based on the engineering of the Yan-zhi interval of Qingdao metro line Line 2,through the study of the characteristics of surrounding rock,and evaluation of tunelling rate,then explores the disturbance of the surrounding rock in TBM construction.Hope extends it to similar tunnel engineering conditions.The job content as follow:(1)Through finding the geological coditions of Qingdao and prospecting along the line 2,handlehe general situation of engineering geology along the metro.And through laboratory tests,the properties of 3 sides of uniaxial compressive strength,wear resistance and drillability of the surrounding rock of the combined strata are obtained,and the different rock properties are compared.(2)According to the Jv field investigation of rock mass,combined with two kinds of uniaxial compressive strength of different degrees of weathered surrounding rock,the longitudinal wave velocity of rock mass and the GSI of geological strength index are calculated.Based on the generalized Hoek-Brown strength formula,the nonlinear H-B intensity curve is fitted to the linear M-C curve with the RockLab software,and the rock is solved parameter of rock.(3)The tunneling rate has a vital influence on the disturbance of surrounding rock.Based on the AHP-Fuzzy method,established 3 mathematical models of the first grade evaluation index and the 9 second grade evaluation index.The weight and subordinate relation of each level index to the tunlling speed are calculated,and the evaluation grade is compared with the Fuzzy close principle,and the rate grade of TBM YanZhi is evaluated(4)Using FLAC~3DD to build models and divide grid.Brought the rock mass parameters and the tunneling speed into the model for calculation.According simuleting tunneling working state of TBM,then Analysis force and deformation of surounding rock.
