The successful operation of the "revival" EMU marks that our high speed rail technology has entered a new stage of development.Independent innovation and Chinese standards will be the label of the new generation of high speed technology in China.In the actual operation of high speed EMU,most of our high-speed EMU are running smoothly and safely in most parts of the time.However,due to the design of the light weight of the car body and the reasons of some lines,some EMU appear abnormal jitter during the operation,and the heavy weight endangering the quality of the vehicle operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the car shaking problem and put forward a solution that is in line with the actual situation.The main contents of the work are as follows:(1)using the STFT transform to analyze the frequency characteristics of the abnormal shaking moment of the car body in line test,calculate the stability index of the working condition of the shaking car,analyze the change of the stability index of the car body,and analyze the transmission law of the main frequency of the vibration through the vibration acceleration signals of each part.(2)based on the multi-body dynamics theory,the dynamic model of the EMU is established,the measured vehicle tread and the rail type surface are introduced into the model to reproduce the body jitter on the line,and the correctness of the simulation results is verified by the simulation comparison of the analysis results of the line test.(3)the modal analysis of the finite element model of the EMU body is carried out,and the modes and modal frequencies of each order are obtained.From the matching relationship of wheel and rail,the causes of the shaking car are studied.The vibration of the car body under the different wheel and rail matching is analyzed by the matching of the different tread and the shape surface,and the resonance angle is considered in the light of the analysis results of the modal points.The cause of abnormal vibration of vehicle body is presented,and fuzzy reliability of vibration is put forward according to resonance criterion.(4)a solution to the problem of vehicle shaking is put forward from two aspects: wheel rail and vehicle suspension.In the end,the influence of the parameters of the anti snakes damper on the stability and stability of the vehicle is studied,and the optimization scheme is given for the phenomenon of the shaking car.
