With the development of modern technology,mobile electric and electronic devices are increasingly appearing in people's work and life.The demand for portable power is also increasing rapidly.Because of the energy crisis and the intensification of the greenhouse effect,all countries in the world have begun to focus on the new energy field.Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is the most widely used power plant in the early stage of development in the field of new energy.Its advantages are high power density,good stability and low temperature operation.It is a new direction for the future development of portable power supply to use proton exchange membrane fuel cell as the main power supply of portable power supply.This paper focuses on the overall scheme,portable fuel cell power supply system of proton exchange membrane fuel cell control strategy,the fuel cell controller is studied,the design of portable fuel cell power hardware system,constructed the power supply prototype,power supply system and the fuel cell design of the control strategy is verified by practical testing.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the design requirements and objectives,the overall scheme of the mobile fuel cell power supply system is proposed.In the system scheme gives the structure diagram,mobile fuel cell power system unit function structure diagram and principle frame diagram of hydrogen supply system.(2)On the test platform built,the fuel cell was tested.The fuel cell temperature data best output performance of the fuel cell operating point corresponding to each current,was based on the data obtained after the calculation formula of the working current and the fuel battery optimum operating temperature;at different hydrogen inlet pressure under the condition of test for fuel cell use.The economy and efficiency of comprehensive consideration,control strategy for the design of the fuel cell hydrogen inlet pressure;affect the performance of exhaust cycle on fuel cell and single cell consistency are analyzed through test,determine the exhaust cycle of different output current for fuel cell.The design of the exhaust cycle is a variable cycle with the change of the output current.(3)Based on the overall scheme of the portable fuel cell power supply system and the designed fuel cell control strategy,the hardware circuit design and software programming of the fuel cell controller are completed,and the PCB circuit board diagram of the fuel cell controller is drawn.The key devices are selected and the portable fuel cell power supply prototype is built.(4)Test the power prototype.The test shows that the fuel cell control strategy of the system is practical and effective,and the power prototype has excellent running performance.All switches and sensors can run effectively,which has high practicability and commercialization prospect.
