In order to solve the problem of energy crisis and environmental pollution,all countries in the world have intensified their efforts in the field of new energy technology.Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)has become one of the most active research fields in the field of new energy development due to its high energy conversion efficiency,not restricted by Carnot efficiency,cleanliness and environmental protection,and has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.The control system of vehicle proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is studied in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the composition of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell system,the functions and characteristics of each control unit are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell controller and the design scheme of the sub unit modules are put forward.Then the structure formation and the functional characteristics of each sub unit module are expounded respectively.(2)Combined with the vehicle control strategy of proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicle and its own working characteristics,the control strategy of the main functional modules of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell is designed.An adaptive fuzzy controller is proposed to control the working voltage of the air compressor,and the output power of the PEMFC system is improved.The stability analysis verifies that the system under the action of the controller is stable.The simulation verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the designed control strategy,so as to ensure the efficient,safe and stable operation of the on-board proton exchange membrane fuel cell.(3)According to the operating conditions of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)vehicle,the hardware circuit of the PEMFC system controller is developed.The Freescale Microcontroller and related isolation devices have been selected to complete the research of all kinds of hardware circuits of the controller,and the main functions and characteristics of each hardware circuit are described in detail.(4)Based on the "uC/OS-Ⅱ" real-time operating system,the software program of the vehicle PEMFC controller is written to meet the requirement of high real-time performance of the system.The detailed flow chart of each control program of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is given,and the corresponding development steps are described in combination with the flowchart.
