After proper treatment,floods can become effective freshwater resources,and its utilization is an important means to deal with the shortage of freshwater resources.As a dynamic operation scheme of flood control level of non engineering measures can not significantly increase the flood risk conditions,and it can retain the flood in the end of flood season.dynamic operation scheme of flood control level is a main measures of flood resources utilization.In order to make dynamic operation scheme of flood control level,which can apply to Chen Jia Wan reservoir,dynamic operation scheme of flood control level is divided into the following several aspects:1.Based on the daily rainfall data of 54 years(1957-2010)in the Chen Jia Wan reservoir,using the improved fuzzy set analysis method and the improved set pair analysis method to divides the flood season and non flood season of the Chen Jia Wan reservoir,to avoid the shortcomings of making flood time domain by people.Based on the daily rainfall data of flood season(according to the above results)of 54 years(1957-2010)in the Chen Jia Wan reservoir,using the improved fuzzy set analysis method and the improved set pair analysis method to divides the main flood season and the non main flood season of the Chen Jia Wan reservoir.2.On the basis of the above results,Based on the definition of the recurrence period,and combining with the knowledge of probability and expectation,the design criteria of the latter flood season are derived.Finally,the standard of the latter flood season is 3 times of the design standard.Design flood in latter flood season is calculated by <Shanxi Province hydrology calculation handbook>.3.Select the minimum value in the flood water level may limit the possible range of limited water level,to the possible flood water level lower limit value is the water level of the flood season after,each standard Flood flood calculation,select the corresponding lower limit value from each Flood flood results in index,analysis of the original index method using principal component,the principal components extracted from the original index instead of the original,as a main component of the new index,using the TOPSIS method according to the new index in flood water level may lower limit value in selecting optimal flood water level lower limit value.4.The maximum flood control level is calculated by Pre storage and pre discharge method,5.Through the use of rainfall forecast information,to achieve the rainfall classification to classify the flood,the scheduling process is divided into two categories,thus making limited water level dynamic control scheme Chenjiawan reservoir,provide a reference for future reservoir flood dispatching.The conclusions show that: the flood season time domain of control catchment of Chen Jia Wan Reservoir is from June to September;The result of flood season staging is the former flood season is from June 1st to June 30th;the main flood season is from July 1st to August 31st;the latter flood season is from September 1st to September 30th;In the standard setting process,the post flood season standard is 3 times as high as the design standard;Meanwhile,the dynamic domain of reservoir is1044.5m-1045.33 m.According to the above calculation results,the dynamic scheduling control scheme of reservoir is finally determined.Finally,according to the problems in the process of the work,the author puts forward some research directions in the future.
