With the rapid development of the urban construction,building materials are widely used,including pollution and application of steel production in corrosion and other problems brought great impact on the human environment;at the same time,the central and southern mountains of bamboo production in China is rich,its tensile strength can reach ordinary reinforced 1/3,simple processing after the bamboo will be replaced by reinforced concrete beams as reinforcement,the formation of bamboo core bamboo reinforced concrete beam,not only can save steel,reduce weight,reduce cost;energy conservation and environmental protection,protect the environment;therefore to explore the application of bamboo core bamboo reinforced concrete beam is a meaningful work.According to the characteristics of Xiangtan bamboo rich,on the mechanical properties of bamboo were studied,and the experimental study was conducted on the6 bamboo core bamboo reinforced concrete beams and 2 pieces of bamboo bamboo reinforced concrete beams.The main research achievements are as follows:(1)according to the test specifications of representative bamboo bamboo in Xiangtan area was part of the experimental study on the performance of mechanics of materials;tensile strength,elastic modulus,moisture content and other indexes of the test statistics;elastic modulus,tensile strength of bamboo in the average value and standard value;through the analysis of the relationship between bamboo Shun tensile strength and moisture content of bamboo,the best water rate of 11.5% is obtained;according to the failure characteristics of bamboo along the tensile process,from no yield yield strength of reinforcement standard value rule,to 0.8 times the standard value of tensile strength of bamboo bamboo as the tensile yield strength standard value,at the same time,partial coefficients of bamboo materials 1.3,the Liang Zhujin test along the design tensile strength of grain value is 60 MPa.(2)the bamboo core bamboo reinforced concrete rectangular beams were studied experimentally under bending failure test using two concentrated loading mode,obtained the actual beam cracking load,ultimate flexural capacity,deflection and crack development,studies the failure characteristics of bamboo core bamboo reinforced concrete beams subjected to bending failure.(3)according to the "calculation method of reinforced concrete beams in the" code for design of concrete structures,calculate the cracking moment of the test beam,the ultimate bearing capacity of bending moment,consistent with the experimental measured value;in normal use limit state,the deflection control value of moment value can reach the ultimate bearing capacity of the moment more than 0.7 times;crack control value under the bamboo core bamboo reinforced concrete beam bending moment value to the ultimate bearing capacity of the bending moment of 0.5 times,and the bamboo bamboo reinforced concrete beam bending moment value can reach the ultimate bearing capacity of more than 0.8 times.It shows that the application of bamboo core and bamboo reinforced concrete beam still needs to solve the problem of crack width control.
