Highway construction and conservation is a industry which is high consumption resource,high energy consumption,high carbon emissions.It is one of the key areas of national energy saving and emission reduction.Modified asphalt mixture as a new type of asphalt mixture does not require high temperature mixing,paving,and has good storage quaility;it can be used for new pavement and old road repairment.To a large extent to solving the problem which was made by the hot mix asphalt mixture pavement construction project of high consumption,high emissions,high pollution problems.However,there is no systematic performance evaluation system for the modified asphalt mixture,and the initial strength and low stability of the modified asphalt mixture at room temperature are seriously affected by the application of the modified asphalt mixture.In this paper,the problem of low initial strength of modified asphalt mixture at room temperature is analyzed theoretically and the new gradation is designed by using the theory of skeleton intercalation structure gradation design.Based on the theory of step-by-step filling and interference,Type theory to establish a mathematical model of function.According to the function model,five kinds of skeleton intercalation type gradation are designed,and five kinds of gradation skeleton compaction ability are better than the commonly used gradation.Five kinds of design gradation intermediate frame B highest.The design of coarse aggregate is 73.7%,the amount of fine aggregate is 14.1%,and the dosage of mineral powder is 12.2%.The leveling ratio of USP modified asphalt was 8.5%,the dosage of diluent was 20% and the optimum ratio of oil to oil was 5.8%.And the stability test was carried out by means of the mixture test,initial stability test,forming stability test,strength growth test,adhesion test,residual stability test,freeze-thaw splitting test,rutting test,low temperature splitting test,Asphalt mixture for construction workability,water stability,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance into a study.The experimental results show that the modified asphalt mixture at room temperature has good road performance.
