With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,China has built the largest and longest high-speed railway network in the world,more and more people choose high-speed railway as their way of travel.The gradual recognition of the high-speed railway by the masses puts forward higher requirements for the safety,reliability and comfort of the high-speed railway.The catenary is a special form of transmission line that is put up along the railway line to supply power to the electric locomotive.The stability and reliability of the catenary are related to the safety of the whole high-speed railway network.The catenary operation vehicle is responsible for maintaining the safety and reliability of the catenary,and the fuel consumption is an important index to determine the operation state of the catenary operation vehicle.At present,the number of fuel oil in the operation of the catenary operation vehicle is mainly determined by the observation of "oil box" and "fuel tank observation hole" by the driver.In order to solve this problem,this thesis designs and implements the oil monitor system of catenary operation vehicle.The oil monitor system of the catenary operation vehicle obtains the remaining oil in the tank by the oil sensor,and the remaining oil is displayed in real-time at the driver interface.The real-time speed of the operation vehicle of the catenary is obtained by the speed sensor,and the mileage of the operation vehicle of the catenary can be judged according to the remaining oil.When the residual oil is lower than the set value,the system can be prompted by the voice alarm.At the same time,the system automatically records the tanker's refueling time and refueling capacity.Managers can download the relevant data of the operation vehicle through the USB interface to facilitate the management of the vehicle's fuel consumption analysis and the actual vehicle oil management.Under the premise that the catenary operation vehicle does not change the original structure of the fuel tank,the system improves the existing fuel tank of the vehicle oil tank,and increases the protection device for the oil filling port.At present,the catenary operation vehicle oil monitor system has been used in the No.0792060 JW-4 type catenary operation vehicle of Wuhan power supply section.Through a large number of data statistics and field tests,the system can effectively monitor and control the amount of oil in the catenary operation vehicle,and have great economic benefits in practical application.
