Integrated Transmission is one of the main sources of vibration Tracked armored vehicles.It has a great impact on the comfort and NVH characteristics of the car.Rational design of Integrated Transmission mounting system can significantly reduce vibration of transmission and integrated body,not only can improve ride comfort,but also can extend the life of the integrated transmission and other components.The paper took a comprehensive transmission amphibious vehicle suspension system as the research object,Established a dynamic equation integrated transmission suspension system and optimized the suspension system for decoupling design,analyzed and compared the natural frequency and the decoupling of energy of the suspension system before and after optimization,then redesign the suspension according to the results of the optimization.Then,used Simulink software establish a vehicle powertrain and driveline model,then established a joint sub-model into the drivetrain simulation model and analyzed the comparison of the joint impact of output torque.Used Ansys/Workbench software load the integrated transmission and road excitations on each suspension support to analyze vibration response,got the maximum deformation and maximum stress of each suspension support and compare the result with the steady vibration test and reliability teat.Finally,established the finite element model of the front suspension frame support bracket portion,and presented a multi-objective topology optimization method based on the objective of static compliance and dynamic eigenvalue.Improved static characteristics and vibration characteristics of the front suspension support,achieve a lightweight design.The paper's research methods and research findings had provided guideline for the analysis and optimization design of vibration characteristics of the integrated actuator mounting system.Meanwhile,it also had certain reference value for a similar suspension system design in engineering practice.
