In recent years,with the popularization of automobiles,people have put forward higher requirements for the comfort of automobiles,and vibration noise is an important factor affecting comfort.Therefore,major automotive manufacturers have devoted great efforts to research on the control of vibration and noise of automobiles..The vibration and noise of automobiles mainly come from the ground and the powertrain.The mounting system acts as the main component of the vibration isolation damping powertrain,and its performance has a great influence on the comfort of the automobile.This thesis takes a certain type of off-road vehicle as the research object,analyzes vibration isolation ratio of the mounting system to improve the comfort performance of the vehicle.This paper firstly analyzes the structure and working principle of mounting components.Based on the physical and mechanical model of the mounting,the AMESim model of the mounting component is built and the subcomponents of the model are introduced.The dynamic characteristics of the model are analyzed and selected.A working condition in the working process describes in detail the pressure and flow rate changes of the internal liquid suspended under the excitation of a periodic load.At the same time,through the dynamic characteristics test and the vibration isolation rate test of the whole vehicle,the dynamic performance test result curve of the suspension is obtained.Through the comparison of the two results,the correctness of the model is verified.Then,parametric analysis was performed on the mounting components.The vehicle simulation model of the test vehicle was finally established to study the vibration isolation rate of the mounting system.Through the analysis,it was found that the vibration isolation rate of the mounting system could not meet people’s requirements,and therefore the vibration isolation ratio of the mounting system was used as the optimization goal.The parameters with large influence on the characteristics of the drive are design variables.The genetic optimization algorithm is used to optimize the mounting system.The optimized results meet people’s requirements for vibration isolation of the vehicle.
