With the improvement of people's living standards,the automobile industry has a rapid development.People have higher and higher demands for comfortable of the passenger and safety.As the necessary protection for the driver's vision and driving safety in the cold,the Defrosting is one of the important factors in the vehicle.The GB11555-2009 has strict rules with the Defrosting,through the analysis of the CFD has good scientific and economical value.Through the analysis of the CFD,it can greatly save time and cost in designing the air condition deicing,and widely used in the early stage of development and rectification.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used on the Light Bus of Changan that the Defrosting performance doesn't meet the requirement.The A and B field in the windshield aren't fully covered and the pipe pressure loss is way too big.This paper discusses the application of the CFD method in our automobile in deicing and introduces how we modify the deicing duct,defrost baffles some times and get a good result to meet the national regulations.The ice layer of melting process was simulation under transient case and comparison with experiment.Verify the accuracy and feasibility of numerical methods in the engineering application.The regions of interest are fully covered and the pressure loss of pipe reduces 10.3percent.Through the software analytic method,it can show the relative really auto AC deicing effect.The simulation results provide a certain reference value on the optimization design of the defrosting performance of vehicle in the future.
