| As we know,the hospital outpatient intravenous infusion is an effective,fast,the most widely used basic medical treatment,and associated with the research of infusion process and the infusion device have an important influence in enhancing the efficiency of the hospital transfusion,patient satisfaction and increase hospital outpatient core competitiveness.For patients,the infusion is a very long and painful process,the nurse has to face a wide variety of patients every day and often in a state of rush.A number of researchers and equipment manufacturers study of the domestic hospital outpatient infusion system to make use of advanced network and automatic control technology to transform the outpatient infusion,however,only some of the research results can stay at the theoretical level or very small part of them benefit the special populations due to the high cost of research,development and promotion,it failed to reflect the purpose of design " Design for the public",but also the research of low booster infusion based on portable infusion has failed to make substantial progress.This paper aims to systematic study of the hospital outpatient infusion processes and related equipment,from the process fluid,functional and relevant mobile transfusion equipment improvements,equipment placement and pick rationality,comfort and other patients with angle of view,combining ergonomics and design psychology theory to improve infusion processes and related support equipment and facilities(such as: mobile infusion device)design,implementation during infusion patients can freely movable with the infusion device.At the same time,the related equipment can monitor the physical condition of the patient automatically to adjust the infusion rate so as to enhance the efficiency during infusion,reduce the burden of health care and psychological pressure,while improving the user experience of the patient.The final goal of this research is to achieve a “patient-centered” purpose,to improve health care sectors based on the workflow of the infusion,to reduce the error rate of infusion,to enhance infusion efficiency and improve the quality of hospital services. |
