The medical infusion pump is an important clinical nursing equipment.The nurse can control the infusion rate accurately through the human-computer interaction interface,view the status of the infusion in real time,and obtain the alarm information in time,which greatly reduces the workload of nurses,improves the safety of the infusion process.So it is widely used in hospitals.However,medical infusion pumps have been at the forefront in the statistics of adverse events in active medical devices for a long time,among which the design of human-computer interaction interfaces is particularly problematic.Therefore,in order to improve the usability of human-computer interface of medical infusion pumps,this dissertation explores the design of human-computer interaction interface and explores how to coordinate the design of hardware interface and software interface in the design process,taking into account the demand of nurses' and patients'.The following specific research work has been done in this paper:(1)Analyze relevant concepts,design goals,design flow of human-computer interaction interface,summarize the interface characteristics of medical infusion pumps,and apply the design flow of human-computer interaction interface to medical infusion Pump,proposes the design flow that accords with its interface characteristic;(2)Based on the design flow,carries on the double user survey,obtains the nurse's psychological state,the operation habit,the goal expectation,and quantifies the concern degree of the infusion information,simultaneously obtains the patient to the interface information Focus on the needs and the subjective tendencies of the design,thereby creating nurses and patients' user roles and situational stories,summarizing design issues and user needs;(3)Selecting typical infusion pump products to analyze the functionality of the hardware interface for design issues,layout and software interface information architecture,interaction process,interface design,and based on the analysis results,proposed design principles for the hardware interface,software interface and specific interface elements;(4)Finally,in the design practice of enterprise projects,based on product positioning And user requirements,referring to design principles Guided by the introduction of human-machine interface design for medical infusion pumps,the evaluation of the design from both nurse and patient perspectives validates the rationality of the design plan.This dissertation is based on literature research and actual user research.It refines the interface design of medical infusion pumps and summarizes them as follows: mismatch between key layout and flow,lack of prompting and operation guidance,lack of validity ofalarm information,lack of hierarchical interface,and lack of consideration User needs.Based on the research on the degree of attention to user information,it is concluded that nurses pay attention to the interface information from high to low: infusion rate,operating status,infusion mode,remaining time,etc.;draws the patient's need for information attention and pays more attention to the remaining time And operating status.The design principles of the hardware interface,software interface and specific elements summarized in this paper also have certain reference value for the human-computer interaction design of other medical devices.
