| Local geometric properties of the line have an important influence on the dynamic performance of the fluid inside the pipe.For the same time,it plays a key role on whether the testing equipment can enter the pipe.So the local geometric properties of pipeline inspection are a key technology in pipeline and deep hole machining.It has great significance in engineering.Currently gas-driven robot of pipeline inspection robot mainly use contact measurement and the measurement accuracy depends on the number and distribution of the displacement sensor.It has a larger friction.A new Aerodynamically pig of pipeline shape inspection is designed in order to solve these key issues in this paper.It is also named gas-driven pipeline robot detection devices.This design solves the shortcoming of energy shortage during pipeline pig’s walking.It has some features of smooth speed control,high precision,non-contact.First,this paper designs the overall structure of pipeline inspection pig according to the pipe diameter requirements and application scenarios,and the structure design of traction mechanism,traveling mechanism and powered mechanism has been completed.The universal coupling is also selected.The design of detecting mechanism according to the characteristics of pipeline inspection.The design of turning mechanism is completed combined with the characteristics of the wheel rotation when turning.The design of cup rotation speed mechanism is completed combined with the characteristics of speed adjustment.The design of power generation mechanism is completed combined with the characteristics of devices’ power supply needing.In the second place,based on the design requirements of the control system,the selection of arduino microcontroller controller,servo motor and displacement sensor is completed.At the same time,the compilation of arduino program is completed according to design requirements.At last,based on the driving mode and vice-motion condition in pipeline pig,taking into account the actual contact force and frictional force,the dynamic analysis of pipeline inspection pig is completed by using the software of Adams.The impact of amplitude and cycle time is analyzed respectively for the speed of 0.55 m / s,1.55 m / s and 3.55 m / s.For both analyzes the velocity fluctuations weaken the influence of the size.For both the influence of the velocity fluctuations weaken is analyzed,which makes sure a leading role in determining the impact of amplitude.Combined with active control pipeline inspection pigs,the value of speed fluctuation of the comparison set at 5% and the maximum of not more than 8% is appropriate.The research of this paper provides a theoretical foundation for the future application of the system. |
