Nowadays,in many fields of science,power electronic technology has become more and more important,and the electronic transformers,which plays a key role in it,is attracting more and more attention.Due to the many applied occasions of electronic transformers,and its good application prospect,the electronic transformers' manufacturers have been put efforts into saving costs and improving its performance at the same time.This involves the optimization design of electronic transformers.Desiring to optimize an electronic transformer,designer must understand the working circuit's requirement to the electronic transformer's performance.Then combining with the surrounding electronic switch devices' working status,the designer can get an analytical result of the whole circuit's all working mode.Next step,the designer can establish a perfect mathematical model.The global optimal solution can be found on the basis of mathematical model,which can complete the optimization design of the electronic transformer.However,electronic transformers' working mode is complicated and changeable,due to the numerous combinations of the electronic switch devices' working state.In addition,the leakage inductance and mutual inductance between the coils are difficult to express accurately.So it's very difficult to get the perfect mathematical model.The mathematical model of electronic transformer is composed of several nonlinear equations.,and it is another difficulty to find analytic solutions in several nonlinear equations.Based on the difficulties of establishing mathematical model and optimization design of the electronic transformers,the article puts forward a new method to establish mathematical model based on Boolean algebra.What's more,this article also puts forward an optimal design visualization algorithm for multi-objective and multi-constraint conditions to optimize electronic transformers.Firstly,this paper introduce the basic operation theory of transformer and its classification method.Then,it introduce the main application situations of various kinds of transformers.Secondly,the paper discusses the modeling and analysis method of power converter based on Boolean algebra in details.Taking the push-pull transformer for example,listing the complete Boolean matrix by considering all switch devices' working status.According to the features of switch components in push-pull transformer,it can conclude many vector criterion to eliminate invalid part gradually.Finally,weshould get the Boolean matrix only with effective part.Thirdly,the article discusses the leakage inductance and its inhibition or utilization method,and introduces an indirect method to measure the leakage inductance.Fourthly,it briefly introduces several main methods of optimization design,such as linear programming,nonlinear programming,0.618 method and steepest descent method.Fifthly,a detailed description of the optimization design visualization algorithm for the four-dimensional/five-dimension is presented.Taking the push-pull transformer for example,with the iron core's cross-sectional area.,iron core's window area and coil number as design variables,with iron loss,copper loss,iron core's temperature rise and coil's temperature rise as constraint conditions,with efficiency,volume and cost as the optimization goal,discussing the realization method and optimization result of the four-dimensional optimization design visualization algorithm.At the same time,the paper separately presents the realization method and optimization result of the five-dimensional optimization design visualization algorithm.Finally,push-pull transformer's simulation experiment and practically experiment verifies the feasibility and practicability of modeling method which mentioned in the article.At the same time,the experiments verify the feasibility of optimization design visualization algorithm.
