With the rapid development of green and environment-friendly prefabricated buildings in the construction industry,the modeling efficiency of prefabricated buildings can adapt to the increasing number of prefabricated buildings.The previous modeling methods have higher requirements for the technical level of the modeling personnel,which greatly improves the time-consuming cost of the construction project.Moreover,CAD drawings cannot visually express the three-dimensional building model,which may eventually lead to rework due to design problems,resulting in a waste of human and financial resources.In order to solve the above problems faced by prefabricated buildings,based on BIM Technology,firstly,in the aspect of building model modeling,the parametric modeling method for prefabricated components and the method of building prefabricated component platform by secondary development are proposed,and the prefabricated component library is established,which can reuse the components and reduce the technical requirements for users.A dynamo batch placement is proposed In order to achieve the goal of improving the modeling efficiency under the condition of ensuring the degree of refinement.Secondly,in the aspect of 3D model visualization,in order to browse the building model in an all-round way and understand the internal structure of the building,the visualization method is used to display the model on the web,and a collision detection algorithm based on ray detection is adopted.When roaming,it can quickly and effectively detect whether there is an obstacle in front,and make corresponding behavior,which enhances the real sense of immersion.Finally,based on the research of 3D modeling and visualization,the fabricated building visualization system is built,which lays a technical foundation for the future development of such related systems.Through the research of parametric modeling method and visualization method of components,the problem of modeling efficiency of 3D building model is solved,and the technical support for collision detection algorithm of visualization system is provided.The research of 3D building model modeling method and visualization method has important reference significance to realize the informatization and visualization of building model visualization system,and has certain engineering application value.
