The DC motor speed control system is one of the main aspects of the motor control system,Because of its smooth and convenient speed regulation,it is easy to smooth speed regulation in a large range,overload capacity,can withstand frequent impact load,and can achieve frequent,stepless,fast start braking and positive inversion,etc.it is widely used in industrial production process.With the development of electronic technology,integrated circuit and semiconductor,the computing power and reliability of microprocessor-based and digital control processing chips have been greatly improved,The DC motor digital control system with microprocessor as the core is replacing the traditional simulator control system continuously,The early digital control system mainly uses the MCU as the core processing chip.In recent years,with the development of DSP chip technology,DSP processor is playing an increasingly important role in motor speed control because of its rich on-chip resources and efficient arithmetic processing capability.The development of DSP technology also provides a strong support for advanced control theory and the implementation of complex control algorithms.Based on the SKJ-II servo test system device as the controlled object,this paper designs a digital controller of motor speed regulation based on TMS320F28335 DSP,in order to realize the digital transformation and optimization of motor speed control of SKJ-II servo test system.This paper studied the SKJ-II with the dynamic experiment system composition,function characteristics,working principle,The mechanism and experimental modeling of the system motor are also done,and the transfer function model of the motor is obtained.Combined with the structural characteristics and functional requirements of the system,the double loop control mode of the current loop and speed loop of the motor speed regulation system is given.Then,on the basis of the previous research work,the hardware part of the system controller with TMS320F28335 as the main processor is designed.The hardware mainly includes the DSP control unit,power supply unit,a driving unit,a signal conditioning unit,communication unit,display unit,On the basis of the system hardware,and according to the function requirements of the system,the software control program of the system is designed.In software control,the classic PID control algorithm is used.The software program includes initialization program module,main program module and interrupt subroutine module.The main program module mainly includes display program module,algorithm processing module,etc.the interrupt program module mainly includes ADC module,PWM module,SCI communication module and so on.Finally,the software and hardware of the control system are debugged and the function test is tested.The experimental results show that the control system can control the motor speed control of the SKJ-II servo system well,and the control performance indexes are good.The digital transformation and optimization of the motor speed control of the SKJ-II servo experiment system have been realized,so that the experimental system can be better used in the teaching and scientific research.
