The artillery is important weapon for the grand combat and the artillery turret isthe important part of the artillery, the control system of a turret is of vital importanceto the hitting probability of the artillery. The traditional artillery turret is composedby discrete component, thus, the control precision is low, the circuit construction iscomplex and it is too big. What’s more, the low hitting probability affects the battleeffectiveness. In order to keep the pace of the modern war, and improve the battleeffectiveness, this essay is mainly about a certain turret control system whichadopted the BLDC as actuator and digitalized its servo control system.First, according to the design requirements of the traditional artillery, aftercomparing the controller, power transistor, current signal acquisition and thealgorithm speed, we eventually determine to adopt the TMS320F28335produced byTI and the IPB019N08produced by Infineon as the power transistor of the microcontroller and the inverter circuit and choose the hall current sensor to gather thephase current as the current feedback scheme, combine M method with T method tocalculate the speed feedback.Next, this essay states the structure of BLDC. It analyses the working principleof BLDC by way of combining the power transistor conduct one with the otheraccording to the three phase H bridge complementary circuit. What’s more, we established the math model of the BLDC after we analyse its structure of workingprinciple. And we adopt the double-close-loop control strategy of speed and currentas the control strategy, taking advantage of the maths model of the BLDC, weestablished the dynamic block program, apply Matlab to fulfill the system simulationproviding the theory basis for the later experimental debugging.Then, based on the implementation scheme, we designed the speed controlsystem hardware circuit and developed the software. The hardware of the speedcontrol system includes minimum system circuit, external extended AD acquisitioncircuit, the drive circuit and the inverter circuit, etc. Introducing their circuitprinciple and design points carefully. In software, we create the current collection,the producing of PWM, RS-422communication and speed calculation, etc.Describing the data structure and software flow chart of every module. Eventually,we tested the hardware and software of the whole speed control system and did therelated experiments, also reported the results. The result reveals that this speedcontrol system works stably and excellently, and we get the expected effect.
