With the progress of technology and society,more and more people are demanding for optimization,which is a huge driving force for the development of optimization methods and algorithms.Intelligent optimization algorithms based on bionics and physics developed most rapidly and the small world algorithm is one of the representatives.Compared with the traditional optimization algorithm,the small world algorithm has the advantages of strong adaptability and rapid solution.In this paper,using the small world algorithm as the carrier.Improvement the small world algorithm to dealing with the complex optimization problem.Finally,an adaptive small world optimization algorithm is proposed,which is used in the optimization of airfoil design.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,the development of complex networks was studied to understand the basic theoretical of small world algorithms.At the same time,a detailed study of the principles,features,and operational processes of the small world algorithm has been conducted.Through 10 typical test functions to compare the performances of the basic small world algorithm and the basic genetic algorithm,which is to testing the advantages and disadvantages of the small world algorithm.Secondly,A hybrid coding small world algorithm is proposed to improve the shortcomings of the basic small world algorithm.The coding method and long-connected operator of the basic algorithm were improved.And introduction the optimal preservation strategy.Comparing analysis of the calculation results,the effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified.Thirdly,Continuing to improve the problems of hybrid coding small world algorithms which was found in functional tests.Introducing an self-adaption small world algorithm which is included self-adaption search probability,self-adaption transposition operation design and self-adaption short-link operation design.The function test shows the feasibility of the algorithm improvement strategy.Simultaneously,it was applied to the structure optimization of reducer to verification its ability to solution complex optimization problems.Finally,in this paper,adaptive small world algorithm is applied to the optimization design of 2D airfoil,and MATLAB programming is used to complete the exchange of algorithm optimization data and FLUENT flow field analysis data.To save optimization time,Have the aid of the JOU file in GAMBIT software,the batch processing of the 2Dgrid of the airfoil is generated.At the same time,each generation of airfoil is carried out FLUENT software for batch calculation.The method was used to optimization the RAE2822 base airfoil.The result shows that it can efficient,rapid and effective for the airfoil optimization design.Therefore,it has a certain practical value of Engineering...
