Lead-acid battery is an important energy storage device.It has been widely recognized and used in daily life and industrial production.Its quantity demanded is increasing gradually,so the production,use and maintenance of lead-acid battery are of great significance and economic value.Therefore,a reasonable charge-discharge is needed for battery,so that its efficiency and service life of can be enhanced.The following aspects are studied in charge-discharge monitoring and control technology of lead-acid battery.First,this paper detailedly expounds the internal structure and working mechanism of the battery and introduces some parameters of battery,the concept of the state of charge(SOC)and its estimation methods.On this basis,in order to effectively monitor and control the charging and discharging process of lead-acid battery,SOC is determined as the condition of charge-discharge judgment to realize the charging and discharging monitoring management of the lead-acid battery.Secondly,aiming at the influence of battery capacity on SOC,the equivalent current coefficient and temperature coefficient are introduced into the composite model.On the basis of the modified accurate composite model,the extended Kalman filter(EKF)method is used to estimate SOC of battery,and the accuracy of this method is verified by the actual value.Then,on the premise of accurately estimating the SOC value of lead-acid battery,the detection circuit of voltage,current and temperature is designed with STM32F103C8T6 as the core control chip.The parameters of lead-acid battery are measured,and SOC is estimated.The software and hardware part of the battery charge-discharging monitoring and control management system is designed.Finally,the monitoring system designed in this paper is used to monitor the chargedischarging process of lead-acid battery.By collecting the operating parameters and data of the battery,the EKF method is used to estimate SOC,so that the charge-discharging control of battery is achieved.The practicability and feasibility of the charge-discharging monitoring and control system is verified by analysing the experimental data and errors.
