In the production of ceramic products,a large number of waste ceramics will also be produced.At present,the main treatment method of waste ceramics is landfill,and a few of the abandoned ceramics will be recycled and reused,but some of the abandoned ceramics will be directly discarded in the field.On the one hand,it affects the beauty of city appearance.On the one hand,it causes great waste of resources.The main chemical components of ceramics are Al2O3,SiO2,CaO and so on.At the same time,the waste ceramics are easy to grind.Therefore,it is an effective way to make the waste ceramic powder as the powder as the admixture to make concrete.Owing to the huge amount of concrete used in China every year,the treatment method conforms to the requirements of scientific development and green development,which has great research significance.Consequently,this paper will discuss the mechanical properties and hydration hardening process of waste ceramic powder concrete.Afterwards,it will investigate the resistance to chloride ion permeability of ceramic powder concrete under chlorine salt environment.Next,the main research contents are shown in the following sections:?1?The microstructure of ceramic powder is analyzed by XRD?X ray diffractometer?and FESEM?field emission electron microscope scanner?.Then,the effect of water binder ratio?W/B?and ceramic powder substitution amount on the compressive strength of ceramic powder concrete is studied through the experimental design of single ceramic powder.After that the optimum replacement amount of the ceramic powder is 20%.Conclusively,the empirical formula of compressive strength of 28d ceramic powder concrete is obtained by fitting.?2?The ceramic powder concrete with 20%substitutes is prepared.Afterward,it is also compared with the mechanical performance test of ordinary concrete and 20%fly ash concrete.Then,the hydration products of three groups of concrete are analyzed by XRD,SEM and TG-DTA thermal analyzer.Finally,the strength growth law and hydration process of ceramic powder concrete are investigated.?3?Under the environment of long-term immersion chloride test,different immersion time,W/B and substitution quantity of ceramic powder as the influence factors.And the experimental results are numerically analyzed using the second Fick's law.Then,the performance of ceramic powder concrete against chloride ion erosion is evaluated by taking Df?the free chloride diffusion coefficient?and the depth of chloride diffusion as experimental indicators,and after that the effect of chloride ion on ceramic powder concrete is discussed.?4?In the dry wet cycle test conditions,number of cycles,W/B,substitution quantity of ceramic powder as the influence factors.And the experimental results are numerically analyzed using the second Fick's law.Then,the resistance of ceramic silt concrete to chloride ion erosion under dry and wet cycle is evaluated by taking Df and the depth of chloride diffusion as experimental indicators,and the effect of chloride ion resistance on ceramic powder concrete is investigated.
