Making the waste glass as waste to landfill not only have a huge cost, and the large amount of waste glass can't reuse, that will pollute the environment at the same time cause the waste of social resources. In the early research, waste glass applied in concrete as coarse aggregate or fine aggregate, but that stopped for a time because of glass will cause the alkali-aggregate reaction in concrete. In recent years, many researchers begin to study the feasibility of waste glass powder applies in the concrete and waste glass powder on the work ability of concrete, mechanical properties and durability. The port engineering, hydraulic and civil buildings in the corrosive environment by Chlorine salt, the research of the concrete chloride ion erosion and durability involves the chloride ion permeability. Recovery and utilization of waste glass, can save a lot of costs and reduce the amount of cement, but also to avoid garbage pollution, land conservation, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, environmentally sustainable development, can reduce the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete and enhance the resistance to chloride ion permeability of concrete. This test uses waste glass powder, coal gangue mineral admixtures powder, fly ash, slag powder as gelling material to replace cement by same weight, using NEL method to measure the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete in different water/cement ratio, replacement ratio and ages, Using pressure mercury method on test sample, get the parameters of each sample total porosity, most probable aperture, specific pore volume, and study the microscopic pore structure of concrete and the resistance to chloride ion permeability and macro mechanical properties, provide theoretical and experimental support to feasibility of the use of waste glass powder. Experimental results show that the waste glass powder, coal gangue powder and fly ash, slag powder as a high quality mineral admixture has good ash activity, that can reduce the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete, improve the pore structure of concrete, and thus improve the permeability of concrete, concrete permeability are in medium level, and the effect is optimal when replace rate was 30%. Waste glass powder, coal gangue powder and fly ash, slag powder weight equal to replace cement concrete compressive strength, splitting tensile strength of these related to the water/cement ratio, Water-binder ratio is lower, replace cement admixture of concrete compressive strength, splitting tensile strength effect is smaller, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength value, the more ideal, close to or even far beyond the baseline group compressive strength and splitting tensile strength values. When replace rate is less than or equal to 40%, the above basic is conform to the law, But when replace rate is more than 50%, with replace rate continued to increase, Because without cohesive force, the admixture is like clay, coarse aggregate exposed at the surface, a little bit hard concrete block will split, So waste glass powder, coal gangue powder and fly ash, slag powder weight equal to replace cement to replace rate is less than or equal to 40%, the mechanical performance of concrete can be optimized and feasible.
