With the accelerating of urbanization process, the problems such as urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution growing faster, more and more urban managers have awared that one of the most important of way to solve urban residents' travel demand is giving priority to the development of urban public transit. The barbarian development in recent years has caused a downside: the platform's location standard In accordance with the standard which born in ten years ago, while the standard is not consistent with the latest development of urban public transport. We often see vehicles wait in front of the platform and queuing up,and there is even a possibility of queuing spilt. This situation seriously affects the stable operation of urban road traffic and seriously reduces the quality of bus service, and it will lead to a shift that passengers chose private vehicles when go out, which aggravating urban traffic congestion and creates a vicious circle. The ultimate purpose of this study is in the absence of existing research, how to use the existing intelligent transport data to dig out useful information to analyze the rules of the queue in the bus station, and provide reference for the address selection of the high frequency bus line site.At present, the historical operation data of the intelligent bus system stored by the automatic vehicle positioning system and the automatic billing system provide a new data environment for the research of the queuing phenomenon of the bus stop. This paper use the intelligent bus data, the queue probability of the bus enters into a station as the research goal, and using the methods of data analysis.According to the characteristics of regular bus stop at midway station, the research is carried out from the rule that the distribution of bus' arriving, and the distribution of bus' dwell time, and the queue probability at a certain station, and the distances from the intersections.Firstly, based on the existing literature and practical application, this paper puts forward the key problems of queue research in bus terminal.Based on the research requirements and in view of the characteristics of the historical data of the intelligent bus system in Chengdu,a research system of bus queue is designed. This research system includes the determination of queueing, the definition of the vehicle entering and leaving the bus station, and the calculation method of the queuing probability of the vehicle entering station.Secondly,in view of the specific situation of Chengdu bus,the paper studies the distribution of bus arrival and the distribution of docking time.As with most research results, the results obtained are subject to the poisson distribution, while the parking time of the vehicle has a major breakthrough with the existing research results. This conclusion can provide reference for future research on vehicle operation. Finally, according to the definition of queuing and queuing probability, this paper makes a detailed calculation process for the specific site as an example, and makes the corresponding curve diagram, and gives analyzing. Then, based on the analysis, the distance parameter is introduced and the number of site samples is expanded. The analysis shows that with the increase of vehicle arrival rate, the probability of N and above in front of the vehicle when entering station is an "S" curve. This paper analyzes the change of curve change and queuing probability at different arrival rate, different N value, different distance. The research results of this paper can help to understand the mechanism of queuing probability change of regular bus stopovers at midway, and provide a theoretical reference for the operation managers and bus station planners to select the bus station site for high-frequency bus routes.
