A Critical Study Of New Rural Residential Design

The construction and development of rural housing in the Chengdu Plain was slow after the reform and opening up,until the early 21 st century,especially with the unprecedented development achievements in the recent 10 years proposed by the construction of a new socialist countryside,in a relatively short period of time.The emergence of new houses for farmers left an indelible legacy for the construction of a new rural village in Chengdu Plain,laying a solid foundation for our country's future rural rehabilitation plan and contributing tremendous power to the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.Of course,during the good period of rapid development of new rural housing,some problems have also been exposed:1.The construction practice has long been lagging behind the theoretical guidance;2.The rapid construction has led to a lack of adaptability to the peasants' living conditions;3.Influenced by foreign culture and ideological trends,the unique traditional regional cultural features of the Chengdu Plain are being diluted.Focusing on these contradictions,the author identified the new rural housing development in Chengdu Plain from the period of 2006 to 2016 as the new rural housing construction period,and conducted a preliminary analysis,summary and design reflection on the phenomenon of new rural residential construction.First of all,from the analysis of the influence of regional physical factors and economic development factors,the characteristics of residential construction in the new rural areas of Chengdu Plain are derived,combined with the policy development directions and guidelines,the development status and construction of the new rural residential buildings in Chengdu Plain have been regressed for nearly 10 years.Respond to show new rural construction achievements and experiences.Secondly,based on the concept of new rural related concepts and related design ideas,this paper makes a design thinking on the adaptability of new rural residential construction from the perspective of objective criticism.Taking the new countryside in Pidu District of Chengdu Plain as the research focus,the status quo of the new rural housing in Chengdu Plain is summarized from the aspects of planning and layout,morphological features,functional space,and living realities.From the aspects of conflict and integration between modern and traditional,production and lifestyle changes,the paper analyzes the contradiction between the design of new rural housing and the contradiction between life production and traditional continuation,combining policy guidelines,production and living conditions,establishment of sites,and modern Reflections on factors such as the transformation of residential needs.Finally,the prospects and direction of the new rural housing development in the Chengdu Plain are to be looked into,and the inheritance and creation experience of the new rural residential building in the past ten years in Chengdu Plain will be summarized.The methods and the shallow recommendations for rural housing design that meet the new era will be explored for future research.The design issues in the construction of new rural housing leave a preliminary research result and reference for the design proposal.
