Research And Application Of Rural Community Planning In Chengdu Plain Under The Concept Of Sharing

Based on the contradiction between the disappearance of traditional villages under the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the rural feelings of urban people with no way to resolve it,which is deeply in line with the hot policies such as the rural revitalization strategy,based on the opportunities and challenges faced by the traditional village of Western Sichuan in Chengdu Plain,this paper studies the application of the concept of sharing in the planning of rural communities in Chengdu Plain,in order to provide new ideas for the construction of rural communities.The findings are as follows:(1)on the basis of literature research,to clarify the relevant concepts of Chengdu Plain rural community and the factors affecting regional rural community development,focusing on five types of factors: Service object,rural environment,local policy,regional culture and community management,the advantages and common problems of Chengdu Plain’s rural communities are summarized as follows:(1)The clients are the local residents who are not fully employed but have a strong tolerance;the tourists who are pursuing the slow pace and the quality of tourism;(2)the rural environment is mainly composed of four elements: forest,water and homestead,in which there are various levels and varieties of plants,surface water pollution is obvious,and the traditional residence is in accordance with the philosophy of shared life At the same time,they are faced with such difficulties as large-scale disappearance,aging and serious damage;(3)building illegal sheds at will Local policies emphasize the construction of new rural complexes with "small groups of micro-organisms",encourage the release of land management rights and the creation of new business forms for sharing.(4)In regional culture,the idea of "harmony between man and nature" guides the construction of Human Settlements in Chengdu Plain The farming culture forms a sustainable ecosystem,the immigrant culture is strong and inclusive,and multi-cultural integration is promoted.(5)community management is centralized and unified from top to bottom Rapid decision-making and lack of communication and feedback on the real needs of villagers.The above advantages and problems will be developed and addressed through follow-up planning strategies to achieve the overall objectives of community planning.(2)based on the reconstruction of Representative Linpan in Dujiangyan Irrigation System,Pidu and Chongzhou,we can learn from its excellence in environmental construction,ecological purification principle,local culture application and management mode.Based on the literature and case studies of the shared communities and farms at home and abroad,the paper proposes a sharing-oriented rural community planning system for Chengdu Plain That is,planning objectives,integrated thinking,management mechanisms and data platform.Positioning community planning goals,from the macro-promotion of urban-rural linkage development to the formation of a community complex,and then specific to the individual villagers into Maslow high-level life.With the integration of urban and rural thinking,"1+3+N" community management model,into the smart data platform,the implementation of dynamic management measures.Under the planning system,five planning strategies are put forward,that is,to meet the increasing demands of farmers and customers with the combination of three industries and five-dimensional Linkage Through the construction of a shared platform to guide the allocation and rational application of resources in rural communities,under the sustainable strategy of "rural bottom + core anchor + ecological link + Organic Integration’’,to express rural emotion and local culture in a way of sharing and co-construction,so as to put forward detailed planning proposals for rural communities in Chengdu Plain.(3)combining with the planning transformation project of Tushi community in Xujia town,Dujiangyan Irrigation System,we make a positive attempt to analyze the factors affecting community planning and propose sharing strategies and build a sharing platform framework The application process of the sharing concept in the scope of research is explained in detail.The idea of sharing is coupled with the aspirations of Chengdu Plain’s rural communities to create a New Paradigm for Rural Community Development.
