| Pantograph-catenary system,as the key part of mainline and urban rail transit system,plays a decisive role in the quality of current collection for the vehicle due to its performance and stability.The contact force between pantograph and catenary,mainly consisting of static contact force,inertial force and aerodynamic lifting force,must maintain a certain value in order to ensure the stability of current collection.Among three parts,the static contact force is most important.The cam for pantograph is the core component of the pantograph balancing system,which is responsible for converting the power provided by the raising device into the static contact force and ensuring constant in the working range.Due to the lack of effective cam algorithm,the design period of domestic pantograph has been seriously affected.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on the calculation of cam for pantograph.The cam for pantograph is studied in this paper.On the basis of the research on the working mechanism of the balancing system,the cam algorithm is proposed.The software MATLAB is used for calculation.The correctness of the algorithm is validated by experiments.The static contact force characteristics of different pantographs are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the pantograph structure,the calculation model of the pantograph frame is established,and the geometric characteristics of the frame are analyzed.The calculation models of raising torque for steel spring pantograph and air spring pantograph are established respectively.Through the analysis,the calculation model of the raising torque generally applicable to the single arm pantograph is established,and the influencing factors of the raising torque are analyzed.The balancing systems of steel spring pantograph,pantograph with air spring rear and side mounted are studied.The calculation model of cam for three different driving modes is established.By further analysis,the algorithm of cam is proposed.The problem is converted into optimization problem,and the pattern search algorithm is used for solving.The correctness of the algorithm is verified by experiments.The static contact force characteristics of three type of pantograph are analyzed. |
