| To some extent,The Train Control and Monitoring System of railway vehicle is reply on the technology of suppliers abroad for long time,especially the main international company such as Bombardier,Siemens,Alstom,Toshiba and Mitsubishi etc.Thanks to the positive policy guidance of government regarding qualification and localization,China got deeper understanding on train control with higher skill level for resent years.But the independent research and development of software and the control logic of TCMS are still the key difficulty.The reasons are that most of the foreign manufacturers set technical barriers;Software logic is not detailed and difficult to understand;Software development platform not be Shared as open source,ultimately the customer can’t to change the program;The absorption of the software,research and development need a great deal of manpower and investment.This article is based on the acknowledge and analysis of the existing train control solution,building up a TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System)simulation workbench,simulate and develop the control and communication software logic,simulate the input and output signals from/to subsystems.We are also looking for new programming platform and method in order to meet the needs of the development and business.In this thesis,the main research contents including: The TCMS structure design.We choose the most common train type,battery voltage level and TCMS architecture,so that our simulation can close to the real condition of the train;The hardware and software development platform of TCMS.Using reliable hardware from suppliers to guarantee the system reliability and life time,comply with the requirements of industry standards,such as EN50155 and EN50121,development platform must be simple and easy to develop with no limited license right.The TCMS simulator set up and implementation.The circuit design,hardware fixing and installation,cabling definition and simulator design will be introduced.The TCMS control application development.Develop the human-machine interface(HMI)applications with QT and configuration software platform,build application for vehicle main controller and the input and output modules under IEC61131-3 standard based development environment.TCMS communication and control simulation test.Carrying out test to verify if the connection is correct,test the communication protocols.Design subsystem simulation logic to TCMS so that we can verify the communication and functions.Base on the research on this project,we designed one simulator for train control and monitoring system in order to present all connection among different components,so as to facilitate learning and research systems,meanwhile,this simulator can be as a test bench or testing platform to carry out interface test for subsystems and verify the control logic.During the research,we can have deeper understanding on the train common configuration scheme and communication bus protocols,such as MVB,CAN,MODBUS,industrial Ethernet,etc.rely on the reasonable hardware and software design to realize communication;Learning on control logic of some subsystems;Implement the HMI(Human Machine Interface)Interface GUI and communication design. |
