With the development of science and technology,electronic devices are becoming more and more popular in daily life,providing people with many conveniences.The emergence of radio frequency technology has made electronic consumer terminals more and more visible in everyday life.The use of electronic consumer terminals has reduced the circulation of cash,increased efficiency for payment,and can also prevent the spread of diseases.The on-board swipe consumer terminal is a consumer terminal designed for people to travel by car.Passengers only need to use a non-contact IC card to purchase tickets.It is very convenient for people to travel by car.However,there are disadvantages such as single cards,complicated communications,and high power consumption.This paper designs a wireless car-card swiping consumer terminal for the shortcomings of the on-board card swiping terminal in the current market.The wireless vehicle swiping card terminal designed in this article uses the PIC18F87J11 microcontroller designed and produced by Microchip as the hardware core.The hardware modules of the product are designed separately,and the low power consumption is the main choice in the chip device selection and the power consumption of the products is reduced.The wireless vehicle swiping card terminal designed in this paper implements a variety of non-contact IC card swiping consumption,with display and voice prompts,offline state consumption water can save the local,using the current popular WIFI technology to communicate with the card management system,when The car enters the wireless WIFI coverage area,and the flow record stored in the wireless car swiping card terminal is uploaded to the one-card management platform,and the blacklist is downloaded from the card management system to prevent the loss of the card from being illegally consumed.This article starts with the research background and significance of the on-board card swiping terminal,introduces the significance of product design,and then briefly introduces the radio frequency technology products.According to the design requirements of the product,the hardware and software of the system were designed separately,and a wireless vehicle card swiping terminal with RFID technology and WIFI communication technology as the core was completed.After the overall design of the wireless car-card swiping terminal was tested,the test showed that the wireless car-mounted machine terminal can achieve offline swiping consumption and flow preservation functions,and can be connected to a card management system to enable stream upload and blacklist download,etc.,Stable work,to achieve the desired function,to meet the needs of use.Finally,it summarizes the deficiencies in this design,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement and upgrading of future products.
