The hybrid-electric vehicles(HEV)have dual advantages of internal combustion engine(ICE)and electric vehicles(EV),which can solve the problems of emission pollution of ICE and scarcity of oil resources.Therefore,the demands and requirements for high-tech and high-quality technical personnel of hybrid vehicle repair industry are getting higher and higher.In response to this social demand,developing hybrid car fault diagnosis test system based on SCM to the domestic automobile professional colleges and training institutions is imperative.2006 Prius automobile power train is Toyota’s first-generation system based on the improved second-generation hybrid system.The system implemented by the engine and motor hybrid power transmission manner,so that the whole power system is the best fit state.Taking Toyota Prius as an example,through in-depth study of the various electronic control systems of the prius,the Prius hybrid car fault diagnosis test system simulation circuit controlled by the microcontroller is designed,including the following aspects: learning HV control systems,engine control and battery system,the structural principles of the various systems of sensors and troubleshooting of the sensor,actuators and a controller of research and Transmission Analysis transmission system,monitoring system MG1,MG2 and study the role of the principle of the drive signal,and in accordance with the Prius hybrid circuit diagram of the actual vehicle,the use of AutoCAD software to draw a circuit diagram.For the convenience of experimental teaching in the circuit of the hybrid control system is designed on the fault point,detection point,diagnosis terminal and the designed dual power sourceelectric control system of the vehicle training test panel circuit principle diagram.The design introduces a method of fault diagnosis and test,the test bed can be used to understand the working situation of hybrid control system components and working principle of the sensor and actuator,according to the fault phenomena and detection data for fault diagnosis and elimination.Finally,hope that through research and experimental design of circuit system of the Prius can provide help for the teaching,to stimulate students’ interest in learning,provide a good foundation for the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability and practical operation.
