With the rapid development of economy,the number of heavy truck has increased year by year,and the traffic accidents involving heavy truck have also increased year by year.In the moment of heavy truck of loading granular cargo collision,the group debris will be thrown from the loaded vehicle,leaving a lot of debris on the road.Therefore,the distribution characteristics of the group debris contain certain information of vehicle collision accident.The study of the relationship between the distribution characteristics of the vehicle-mounted group debris and the running state of the vehicle collision is significant to the traffic accident reconstruction.First of all,this paper introduces the Newton's law,the law of conservation of energy,the law of conservation of momentum,the friction between vehicle and pavement in the process of car collision.It analyzes the three processes of car collision,the characteristics of car collision and the simplification of automobile collision model,and the collision of the basic theory of automobile one-dimensional analyses,laid a theoretical foundation for the design of the vehicle impact group debris scatter simulation test device and the research of the group debris distribution characteristics.Secondly,based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research status of the group debris distribution characteristics and vehicle impact test device,the vehicle impact group debris scatter simulation test device is designed.It mainly includes the base frame,acceleration device,speed control device,speed measuring device and measuring device five parts.In this paper,the selection and verification of the main components such as conveyor belt,motor work and drum of the test device are introduced in detail.Thirdly,the common thing of sand,stone coal,corn,soybean,five kinds of vehicle groups scattered as the test object,the application of isolated factor test design test plan,this paper analysis the distribution characteristics of the group debris at different group debris,different speeds,different height and different angles.Finally,the abnormal values of the test data are eliminated by the use of the grubbs criterion,using approach of the arithmetic mean value to obtain the best value.Based on the regression analysis of experimental data by SPSS,the multiple linear regression model of the farthest distance,the nearest throw distance,the center throw distance,the width,the perimeter and the collision velocity of the vehicle mass scattered sand is established.Based on the variance expansion factor,characteristic root and condition number,we find that there exists the problem of multicollinearity in the multiple linear regression models.For this problem,stepwise regression method is used to modify the model.Then,the farthest distance-velocity model,center distance-velocity model and perimeter-velocity model of the vehicle-mounted group debris of sand,corn,stone,coal and soybean were established,which provided a reference for the speed estimation in traffic accident reconstruction.
