Design And Realization Of New Dual-Coupled Turbidity Sensor And Intelligent Dishwasher System

This article describes the background of household electric dishwashers and their turbidity sensor applications.Since the existing dishwasher turbidity sensor lacks resolution at high turbidity,we recommend developing a new turbidity sensor to solve this problem.This paper focuses on two coupled turbidity sensor can be effectively addressed at the level of turbidity,improve the ability to identify water quality dishwasher,dishwasher and technical reserves to deal with growing environmental and energy needs.First,we introduce the basic principles of turbidity sensor and the propagation characteristics in the liquid.Comparison of different working principles,choose a kind of economical and reliable working principle.Through the application of the working principle,we propose a turbidity sensor design.The program mainly includes turbo sensor device selection,circuit design,shell package design and single product testing tooling design.The performance of turbidity sensor should meet the requirement of recognition of three turbidity intervals.Then we completed the design of the dishwasher system hardware and software.The software design includes: the introduction of the control principle,the development of fuzzy control program,the development of turbidity sensor compensation program,the development of dishwasher control timing.Hardware design includes: MCU selection,power module design,drive module design,signal processing part of the design.And the function of the corresponding module is simulated and verified.Finally,we validated the dishwasher system design.By dishwasher washing performance test,we tested on a 18-inch and a 24-inch dishwashers.The test results show that the new dual-opto-turbidity sensor and dishwasher system can effectively identify the water quality at high and low turbidity,and verify the correctness of the design scheme.
