A Application Study On The Programming Of Residential Building Product For The Aged In Zhongshan

This paper studied the development of the housing for the aged in the new commercial housing projects in Zhongshan based on the theory and method system of architectural programming.The paper summarized the development of elderly residential building and characteristics of the mode of the housing for the aged.Reviewed the current situation and problems of elderly residential building.In the home care conditions,the elderly residential building can provide more security for the elderly to live independently.Using with the house for the aged can help the elderly people as long as possible to do self-care.Healthy and independent life can help them live more in dignity and vitality.The paper advocated the application of architectural programming method system in the development of the housing for the aged.The paper introduces the concept of architectural programming theory,characteristics,origin and development,content,procedures and evaluation methods,and through the actual cases to illustrate the important role of architectural programming in the construction of the project.This paper studied the theory system of residential building programming.Based on the theory,the author discussed the planning,door model,service facilities and outdoor space planning for the aged housing.Thus,the theoretical framework of eldly housing programming had been constructed systematically.This paper considered that the core guiding idea of the housing for the aged is the guidance of the universal design principle.Through the introduction of the universal design theories and cases,the paper put forward that the universal design of eldly house should be higher than the barrier free design standard.The universal design should reflect the greatest respect and care for the elderly.The research object was the elderly residential building project in Zhongshan.This paper applied the theory and research results comprehensively to carry out specific planning research.First,the paper based on the data of " The aged housing of demand survey of Zhongshan " to classify,analyze and summarize the current living conditions of the elderly and the specific needs of the eldly housing in Zhongshan.Next,based on the objective data,the paper combined with the project's internal and external conditions,in-depth analysis of the project programming.The main contents were product positioning,door model and the ratio,old-age service facilities.Then,this paper gave the conceptual design of the research project,included the overall plan,the concept of eldly housing design and the overall development plan of the project etc.Finally,this paper has carried on the conceptual design for the project.It has practical instructive significance,because it put forward specific proposals and programming methods for eldly housing in Zhongshan.
