Research On The Adapting Design Of Indemnificatory Housing Under The Background Of Aging Society

With the ageing of population becoming increasingly serious, the housing problem of Chinese family, which mainly take home-based care services as the pattern supporting the aged, will be more prominent. As the major measure to solve the above problem, indemnificatory housing is similar to commercial housing. Therefore, the research on the elderly adapting design of indemnificatory housing is playing a positive role in promoting urban residential construction.By studying the development vein of indemnificatory housing, this thesis analyses the development trend of urban residential and focuses on the residential requirement of low-income family. Then, by way of theoretical analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview summarize the different requirements of inhabitant. Finally, with the guidance of elderly adapting design strategies, provides design methods.
