| The water resources is abundant,the number of small rivers in mountainous areas and plain areas of many small rivers,which plays an important role in flood,drainage,disaster mitigation,flood control system is the first line of defense in.In recent years,mountain torrents,mudslides,landslides and other natural disasters occur frequently,which have a serious impact on social and economic development,people’s lives and property.Since the eighteen years of the party,the Central Committee has further strengthened the ecological civilization construction.From the point of view of our province hydrology,the provincial government to promote the construction of small and medium-sized rivers as an important starting point,through the development of small and medium-sized rivers in the province,improve our province flood control system,build a beautiful river landscape,improve the living environment,protect the safety of people’s life and property.How to better construct the medium and small rivers is a problem that the water conservancy technicians need urgently to answer.Considering the topography of the hills and plains of our province both meteorological and hydrological conditions are complicated,according to terrain conditions in mountain area and plain area by selecting a river as the research object,combined with the present situation of river,put forward specific treatment scheme.For the mountain river,proposed dredging,revetment,strengthen the embankment design project management methods,the main contents are as follows:(1)the dredging width should be able to meet the requirements of flood discharge,according to the depth of the natural river slope is determined;(2)put forward two kinds of dredging section,the first section according to the original channel width,second according to the hydraulic calculation results,for less than the width of the cross section,should be left to right extension excavation;(3)on the slope type and wall type revetment two section type and scope of retaining wall for slope is steep,silt stone or more serious river erosion,slope revetment is suitable for the river wide and gentle slope,the original case(4)of the revetment engineering calculation of scouring depth,determine the revetment engineering,and using swedenarc method to analyze the stability of revetment To ensure the normal operation conditions,using anti slide stability safety coefficient K = 1.15;K = 1.05 is applied conditions;(5)we should make full use of the river stone masonry revetment engineering,saving cost;(6)to ensure the ecological revetment engineering,for the above water level mainly by way of turf revetment.For plain river,the main contents of this paper are:(1)introduces the application of double row pile retaining wall of the pine and ecological revetment;(2)to the local deep silt slope,retaining wall with precast concrete piles for processing needs to meet the requirements of the bearing capacity of foundation.Through the analysis of the typical rivers,this paper summarizes the measures and experiences of small and medium-sized rivers,which provides important technical support for speeding up the construction of small and medium-sized rivers in our province. |
