In recent years,Guangzhou has enjoyed rapid economic development,continuous social progress and ever-increasing living standards.In this context,users pay more and more attention to the quality of power supply and the reliability of power supply.How to ensure that the whole society electricity has become a social responsibility of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau.Although in recent years a large amount of investment has been made in improving the reliability of power supply,most of 220 kV substations in Guangzhou Power Grid have been widely used in computer network automation,and have been successfully used in the control of the electromagnetic loop of the power network,the isolation of the fault area and the restoration of power supply.However,there is still a problem in Guangzhou power grid such as weak grid structure,single-line single-supply power supply and long-distance multi-station supply,which affect power supply reliability.In addition,the existing conventional self-throwing devices have their application limitations,which have a very adverse impact on the reliability of the power supply in the Guangzhou area.In order to solve the limitation,at the same time,in order to make the working power supply and standby power supply not in the same substation with the working power supply work together,the standby power supply intelligent input The purpose of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau to proceed with the development of suitable for the region based on real-time information of regional equipment prepared by the vote system.In this paper,the Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau based on real-time information from the regional preparation of self-control system as a research object,after examining the implementation of the system,the functional structure of the system,including functional requirements,functional framework components and functional objectives,is explored.The formation of the regional self-investment scheme is based on the operation mode of the individual chain-type grid connection in Guangzhou power grid.Under different operation modes,the scheme is different,mainly in charging condition,discharge condition and action logic.First collect therelevant information,and then develop a control program,and finally put these control measures into action,which is the regional preparation of the system since the operation of the whole process.This paper discusses the realization of regional automatic control system based on real-time information in Guangzhou Power Grid,and shows the necessity and feasibility of regional standby self-cast technology in220 kV chain power grid application.
