| Highway construction is an infrastructure construction that has a great impact on the country’s economic and social development.Compared with other modes of transportation,road transportation is flexible and lightweight.In Laos,the government has stepped up the reconstruction and expansion of the existing highway infrastructure.However,due to factors such as the complexity of highway construction,the long period of time and the complex construction environment,safety accidents are likely to occur during the construction process,causing personnel and For property loss,it is necessary to pass the project safety evaluation to clarify the potential risks of the proposed project,so as to implement effective control and reduce the probability of safety accidents.This paper takes Laos No.13 highway reconstruction project as the background,through the research on the highway reconstruction project,carries out the safety evaluation for the project and puts forward relevant management measures.The main work is as follows:Combined with the construction characteristics of highway reconstruction projects,analyze the main content of highway construction safety management and the safety factors affecting the construction of highway reconstruction;reconstruction combined with the current status and existing problems of highway reconstruction project safety management,analyze the main reasons for the problems of highway reconstruction projects;The accident cause theory analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of highway reconstruction projects,and analyzes the causes of safety accidents from the four levels of human,machinery,environment and management.Based on the analysis results,the decomposition of safety management of highway reconstruction projects is established.model;based on this model,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method are used to construct a safety evaluation index system for highway reconstruction and construction,and form corresponding evaluation standards;Evaluate safety management.Combined with expert interviews and questionnaires,the project safety management is investigated,and the feasibility of the project is verified with the constructed safety management evaluation index system.Through the calculation and analysis of the model,it is found that the construction safety management of Lao No.13 Highway is at a generally dangerous level,and the weights are calculated around the indicators,and combined with the calculation weights to analyze the construction safety of the project in terms of organization,people,and environment.Relevant management suggestions were put forward. |
