As a kind of space structure,grid structure is widely used in large public buildings and industrial buildings.The quadrangular pyramid grid is a common form of grid structure.On the basis of reviewing the application background,development course and classification characteristics of the grid structure,this paper takes the quadrangular pyramid grid as the research object,carries out the following research work and obtains the corresponding conclusions:(1)The geometric composition analysis methods of space structures are studied.Using these methods to analyze the geometric composition of structure examples.Such as the quadrangular pyramid grid basic element is a geometric variable structure,and the necessary constraints will be added to make the structure as a geometric invariant.The quadrangular pyramid grid which is composed by the quadrangular pyramid grid basic element and some member bars is a multiple statically indeterminate structure.This paper analyses the statically indeterminate times of the quadrangular pyramid grid,the quadrangular evacuating pyramid gird and the diagonal square pyramid gird.(2)Based on the engineering item,the finite element analysis model of quadrangular pyramid grid is established based on ANSYS software.Five representative load combinations are selected from 13 actual load combinations to carry out structural calculation.By comparing the vertical displacement cloud diagram and the bar stress cloud diagram of the node of the grid structure,the paper analyzes which kind of load combination is the most disadvantageous to the static bearing capacity of the structure.The truss structure under the action of transverse traction force in construction are studied,and two construction modes of gird structure are selected to carry on the analysis.It is more reasonable to use this method that the whole truss structure is divided into 5 pieces one by one,and each part of the grid frame is composed of two basic elements of the gird frame to carry out the high-altitude slip construction.(3)On the premise that the span and height of the structure are invariable,the quadrangular pyramid grid and similar structures are compared and calculated.It is found that under the same load combination,the maximum vertical displacement and the maximum tension and compression stress of the quadrangular evacuating pyramid gird are larger than the corresponding values of the quadrangular pyramid grid,and the stress values of the members near the empty position vary greatly.The vertical displacement value of the node near the emptying position becomes smaller,while the maximum vertical displacement value of the diagonal square pyramid gird is smallerthan that of the quadrangular pyramid grid,and the position of the maximum tension and compression stress bar is quite different.The difference is mainly because the dimensions of the basic components of the grid structure and the difference of the vertical load values applied to each node after the equivalent load.
