The obliquely placed quadrangular pyramid grid has light weight,high rigidity,strong structural integrity,excellent mechanical properties and economic performance,and is widely used in hangar roof structures of various spans.The core problem to be solved in the selection and design of this type of structure is: whether the structure of the hangar roof grid and the deformation of the guide rails used for hanging equipment under load can be controlled within the scope of the specification to ensure the hangar The normal operation of the various instruments in this article,so this paper mainly based on the continuous analysis theory to study the theoretical analysis method of the special support grid structure of the hangar.In this paper,first,the equivalent stiffness method is used to equate the grid structure to a continuous sandwich plate,and the film,bending,and shear stiffness expressions of the grid structure are obtained through theoretical derivation;then the pseudo-sandwich plate method is used as Based on theoretical analysis,combined with the hybrid method,the basic governing equations of the double-layer obliquely-laid quadrangular pyramid grid are derived.Finally,the consistency of the obtained governing equations with the governing equations of the plates in the classic plate theory is compared,and its general boundary conditions are verified.applicability.The decomposition stiffness method is used to simplify the governing equation of the quasi-sandwich plate model in this paper into a fourth-order partial differential equation and a two-dimensional Poisson equation.Combining the unified solution method and the trial function method to calculate these two equations,an expression that can more accurately describe the deflection of the equivalent sandwich panel of the grid frame under the uniform load is obtained.This method can not only be applied to other double layers The flat grid structure also has great advantages in handling complex supporting conditions.Based on the engineering background of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport's G3 hangar painting hangar,the finite element analysis software was used toperform static analysis on the double-layer obliquely placed quadrangular pyramid grid under different support conditions,and the deflection expression derived from this paper was used to calculate In this paper,the deflection of the sandwich plate model under uniform load is compared with the analytical solution obtained and the numerical solution obtained by finite element analysis to demonstrate the accuracy of the method.
