In this paper,the electro-hydraulic steering system(EHPS)has been took as the research object.By comparing the research status of the EHPS system at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the domestic research and development of the automobile steering power system,which indicates the importance of the research on the steering power system of the automobile.The working principle and operation mechanism of the system are introduced in detail,and the research contents of this paper are determined.By developing the trend of steering assistance system,the importance of EHPS system optimization is highlighted again.First of all,the working principle and structure of the hydraulic system,mechanical system and electronic control system of the electro-hydraulic steering system are introduced in detail.On the basis of this,the optimization design of the system is carried out.The high fusion motor vane pump(electro-hydraulic pump)is obtained through the research and analysis of the motor and the vane pump one machine.The innovation point of the electro-hydraulic pump is expounded in detail.Through the research and analysis of the electronic control unit ECU,the hardware selection of the integrated ECU and the adoption of the speed and current double closed loop PID control system are briefly described.Secondly,the power characteristics of the EHPS system are studied,and the concept of steering performance and characteristic curve is clarified,and the importance of designing a reasonable support characteristic curve to the research of vehicle steering performance is also shown.By introducing three common force characteristic curves,the research object is determined.The curvilinear function expression is fitted by the coordinate relation and MATLAB software.By comparing and analyzing the performance of the three common force characteristic curves(line type,line type and curve type),it is determined that the curve type and the curvesupport are based on the performance of the line type,the line type and the curve type.An optimization scheme for the fusion of characteristic curves.Finally,the AMEsim simulation model of electro-hydraulic power steering system is built according to the working principle of electro-hydraulic steering assist system and the matching of components.Through the simulation of the system by setting parameters,the change curves of the main components are analyzed,and the dynamic response of the system with time is obtained.The superiority of the EHPS system in the power performance is verified.The support,flow field and temperature field of the electro-hydraulic pump are simulated and analyzed,and the superiority of its performance is proved by comparison.By setting up a hydraulic test bench,the leakage and mute performance of the electro-hydraulic pump are tested,and the advantages of the electro-hydraulic steering system in reducing the internal leakage and reducing the noise are verified.Finally,the research work in this paper is summarized,and the research direction of electro-hydraulic steering power steering system is prospected according to the content of the research.
